TERMS OF USE

Basic Definitions

Owner – Sole Proprietor Kushnir Oksana Vasylyivna;  

Website – an online resource available at www.latona.com.ua, the content of which is owned and controlled by the Owner;  

Product – a product of a specific brand. Information about each product is placed on the Website by the Owner. Information directly related to the Product, its properties, distinctions, and characteristics is provided prior to placement by the official representative or owner of the brand. Responsibility for the accuracy of this information lies with the brand owner or its representative;  

Content – a collection of information and data in any form, including textual (font), graphic, and other formats, that is contained on the Website;  

Client – any legally capable individual who starts interacting with the Website;  

Personal Data – personal data of an individual as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated February 23, 2012, No. 4452-VI, with amendments and additions;  

Registration on the Website – the process of creating an account in the Website's database, involving the entry of personal data into the database on the Website. The Client enters the data personally and guarantees its accuracy. The retention of the Client's data upon completion of the Registration by clicking the appropriate button/link on the Website signifies that the Client consents to the Owner processing their personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated February 23, 2012, No. 4452-VI, with amendments and additions; and expresses a desire to purchase the Product;  

Agreement – the Purchase Agreement, which is a contract of adhesion within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, that the Client must accept if they wish to use the Website's features to purchase the Product.

 

Website Usage Procedure  

To use the extended features of the Website, such as placing orders, purchasing products, posting comments, etc., the Client must complete Registration on the Website by entering information through an electronic form and formally confirming and saving such information by clicking the appropriate button/link;  

The Client has the right to delete their account at their discretion by submitting a request to the Owner. The respective request is submitted via email in a free form and sent to brandlatona@gmail.com;  

The Client has the right to view and download materials from the Website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copyright information and other notices of proprietary rights contained in the original materials and any copies are retained. It is prohibited to modify the Website materials when copying them, as well as to distribute or display them in any form or use them in any other way for public or commercial purposes. Any use of these materials on other websites or computer networks is prohibited;  

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to any information presented on the Website, including the list of Products, descriptions of Products, the list of services and their conditions, without prior notice.

 

Processing of Personal Data  

The Owner states that the processing of the Client's personal data is carried out for the following purposes:  

- Fulfillment of the Owner's obligations to the Client, which may arise at the Client's request in the process of using the Website;  

- Collection of statistical information on the Website's performance to improve the Website's operation, provide better services, and develop new services;  

- Informing Clients about changes in services, introduction of new services, and other innovations.  

 

The Owner states that access to the Client's personal data by third parties and disclosure of personal data is possible only with the Client's consent or in cases provided by the current legislation of Ukraine. In any case, the Owner takes all possible measures to prevent the disclosure of the Client's personal data.

 

Duration and Other Conditions  

The content and all materials, including any texts, images, any information, and/or comments posted by Clients on the Website, become the exclusive property of the Owner from the moment they are posted on the Website;  

These Terms come into effect from the moment the Client begins to use the Website materials in any way and are valid indefinitely;  

For all issues that may arise regarding the legal relations between the Owner and the Client, the parties are guided by the provisions of these Terms and the current legislation of Ukraine.
